• Details provided must be accurate; incorrect details may lead to cancellation without refund.

4. Safari Rules

• Follow all forest department guidelines during the safari.
• Do not disturb wildlife or litter inside the park.
• Ratna Safari is not responsible for wildlife sightings (as they are natural occurrences).

5. Liability

We act as a booking facilitator for safaris, stays, and transport.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Natural events
• Third-party service providers

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify safari schedules or itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances.

7. User Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate information while booking.
• Any misuse of services or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation without refund.
